The well known Okizoo Crew had their latest underground party last weekend in a traditional old Thai concrete house. I had to stop by, since all of their other parties at the Breaks Bar were amazing. But this time was different, it was not just a huge party, they were shooting an Okizoo promotional video for the song “Walk of Flames.” It was such a good opportunity for all of us to be on TV, and my favorite guy (Trix 1) was going to be there so there I am with everyone else shaking our booty and going wild with the beat. The film was professionally and well done, with the professional make-up artist carrying her huge make-up kit full of Bobbi Brown and Mac cosmetics products. I was waiting in line for my make-up to be professionally done so that I’d look good on TV. You knew who the important characters were, because they were all matching in wearing the color of pink. The shirts are from A.IN.T which stands for Art In Transit. I feel good going to this kind of party because I do not have to worry about my image, and what I’ve got to wear to impress other people. Everyone dressed up very relaxing- a pair of jeans and a T-shirts, while the ladies were in tank-tops, shorts and flip-flops. The music wasn’t like “I love my B-A-N-A-N-N-A” it was actually good underground music. It’s hard to find something like this in Bangkok, should check it out sometimes if you’ve never been there!
