I am in love with Neiman Marcus’s black one shoulder dress. It has a gathered side knot, and a side slit- a perfect prom dress right? I mean, Kate Holmes is wearing it too! It has to be a perfect prom dress. Holmes pulls the look together with a pair of jeweled Roger Vivier sandals looking very appealing. Hmmm.. Except this whole out fit is a little pricey for me to afford.
