Remember what you mother told you about making faces when you were a kid? Maybe if you are a mom and your children are making ugly, funny faces you shouldn’t stop them anymore. It turns out that making these faces are actually healthy for you. It’s the new facial yoga that will help you stay young and pretty. All you have to do is press your fingers into your foreheads and move them around, stick your tongues out and let them hang. This help to tone up the muscles of the face and reduce the effects of aging. Cool right?! These are some samples of facial yoga. (I was going to post pictures of myself doing facial yoga, but the picture turned out really funny. So I decided to keep it to myself, and I will think about sharing with you guys later.) But for now, lets look at some samples: This “Satchmo” is puffing your cheeks as though you were about to blow a trumpet will keep them supple:
