An interesting fashion created by a Taiwanese designer. What do you think of her creative outfits?

For the past few years fashion has been rocked by the creative einstein Christian Audigier. His designs have been worn by all well-known celebrities,includes - Britney Spears, Jessica Alba, Mariah Carey, Mickey Rourke, Paris Hilton, Snoop Dogg and more. Christian has design brands such as  American Eagle Outfitters, Diesel, Lee, Levi’s, Liberto, Kookai, Von Dutch and Naf Naf. One of the hottest brand created by him today is Ed Hardy brand based on the work of Don Ed Hardy, Smet in unison with Johnny Hallyday, and his own namesake Christian Audigier. Below are some of the projects he has hand in:

Sometimes it is very difficult for girls to choose what to wear to go shopping. I believe the most important thing to remember is to be in your most comfortable outfit. Don’t worry, I’ve listed several ideas and steps for you to follow!

Fashion For Shopping

• Feel comfortable: Like I said, it is very important to feel comfortable when you are shopping. A nice t-shirt with jeans would be perfect!
• How’s the weather? If the weather is hot, then you know a sleeveless shirt with shorts will do!
• Accessorize: Try adding a few accessories to it. Do not over do it though, you’re only going shopping! It’s not a date, nor a fashion competition!
• Dress appropriately for your age: Wearing 6inches heel and a super mini skirt will not make you look much older than you are now. You should have fun with your own style and stay unique! Remember, you are going shopping…you don’t need to be in mini skirts. By wearing mini-skirts, you will just be pulling down your skirt the whole time.
• NO HEELS:Girls, you are not going to a club. Leave your dancing shoes at home. Something comfortable will do! (I’ll let you wear your flip-flops for a couple of hours)
• Make-up: No, you are not going to a wedding dinner, nor you are going on a fancy date. Limit your make-up. You may be sweating a little while shopping.

Do Wear:

Many teenage girls want to look pretty and thin like the top models on TV. In order to look like the super models, they believe that they would be happier and more successful if they were thin like the models in the front cover page of a magazine. Girls start to starve themselves, and avoid high-calorie foods and exercise constantly. And some people eat huge amounts of food, but they throw up soon after eating, which is what we call bulimia. Some may even take laxatives or diuretics (water pills) to keep from gaining weight. By using such cruel and unhealthy methods to loose weight is very harmful to your body.

What You Need To Know About Anorexic Nervosa?

• Anorexia nervosa’ means ‘loss of appetite for nervous reasons
• Involves excessive dieting and weight loss
• Obsessed with being thin.
• Believe they are fat even though they are thin.
• Anorexia nervosa occurs in 1% to 5% of the population.
• About 90% to 95% are females between ages 13 and 30. However, anorexia nervosa can also occur in males and people of all ages.

Ana Carolina Reston: Brazilian model, who was 172cm tall and only weighed 40kg starved herself to death in 2006.

Margaux Hemingway: actress, model, suffered with bulimia

Heidi Guenthe: A ballet dancer, After being told by a theater company that at 5′5″ in height and 96 lbs in weight she was too chunky, she developed an eating disorder. She collapsed and died at the age of 22 due to complications from her eating disorder.

Maiara Galvao Vieira: A 14 year-old who weighed only 38kg was in the hospital for over a month, after having been in three other public hospitals and no one being able to diagnose te disease.

Eliana Ramos: having only to eat apples and tomatoes died at age of 21. Her grandmother found her dead in her bedroom.

Luisel Ramos: She was reported to have only lettuce leaves and diet coke three months before her death. She died of heart failure caused by anorexia nervosa.

Ways to stay slim and healthy

• Exercise Daily: this is the best way to stay thin. Exercise for about 15-30mins a day, doing any exercise that you enjoy most. Walking, jogging, yoga, swimming…etc.
• Always eat breakfast: Experts say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Skipping breakfast will eventually add extra calories to your body as you will end up binge eating more in the middle of the day.
• Switch to brown bread or whole wheat bread instead of white bread
• Start your lunch or dinner with a bowl of low calorie soup. So that you will not overeat later
• Avoid eating in front of television. You tend to eat more without your knowledge
• Reduce the intake of white food stuffs from your diet such as rice, sugar and salt
• Drink plenty of water. Drinking eight glasses of water is said to be healthy
• Instead of two large meals start eating three small meals a day

I believe woman wears g-strings or thongs because it makes them feel sexy and attractive. It is one of the sexiest ways to make your panty lines invisible under hipster jeans. G-strings give women the ability to make panty lines disappear when they want to wear low-rider fashions. However, wearing G-strings all the time can be risky in terms of women’s health!

Dr. Liza Masterson who is a gynecologist from LA carried out a research to find out the whether the long-term usge of thongs would be safe for the female body. After her results came out, her report showed that g-strings can pose a real threat to women’s health. So, why is G-string bad for you?  By wearing g-strings all day long you are more susceptible to developing yeast vaginal infections and vernereal diseases. A vaginal yeast infection is irritation of the vagina and the area around the vagina. Yeast normally live in the vagina in small numbers, but when the bacteria in the vagina become out of balance, too may yeast grow and cause infection. The fabrics of the kind are well-known for their ability to retain moisture, thus creating excellent conditions for rapid growth of pathogenic bacteria. Besides, g-strings help the infection spread from one organ to another. Bacteria can easily get to the vagina by “sliding” down the narrow strip of cloth at the back of the underwear, says Dr. Masterson’s study.

Feeling sexy, and naughty is one thing. But too much in the use of g-strings can cause irritation on the skin, anal fissures or even hemorrhoids. The strip at the back ot the g-string are rubbing against the delicate skin, and too much rubbing damages the skin. The statistics also suggests that women wearing g-strings run a greater risk of injuring their genitals during a fall or traffic accident.

I’m not telling you to stop get rid of all your sexy g-strings out of your closet. But try to avoid wearing them on regular-basis. If you do wear them, remember to find the best sizes the fits you, and Use g-strings made from natural fabric e.g. cotton or silk, and use daily sanitary towels and change them regularly if you wear g-strings made from synthetic material.

You can be the judge now.  Browsing through many pictures of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, it looks like in most photo Katie Holmes is a little taller than Tom Cruise! Does this mean, Katie is overpowering their marriage?
