Bring your heel to a shoe repair, have the shoemaker place a piece of rubber  on the bottom of your heels. It’s very thin and you won’t notice the difference. But trust me,  It will stop  making those irritating noises.

1.      Make sure that your heels are fully on your feet. If they are not attached to your feet properly, it will become loose while you’re walking and that causes the loud clicking noises, and you could also lose your balance.

2.      While wearing high heel shoes, you should take shorter steps than usual, and as you bring each foot down have the heel touch the floor just slightly ahead of the ball of the foot. Keep your legs close together and walk slightly on your tiptoes.

It annoys me so much when I hear clacking heel noises. The past few weeks, the clacking noises from upstairs woke me up several times.  Follow these steps so that you don’t make any more annoying noises!

1.      Remember to always put your feet fully into your heels.

2.      Hold on to the railing or banister as you are walking down the stairs. Not only will it help you with your balance, it will prevent from making loud noises.

3.      Start to walk down the stairs, walking on the ball of your foot. This is the thick, flat part of your foot below your toes that you use when you are standing on tippy toes. Your heel should be slightly raised off of the stair itself.

4.      Take the stairs slow; don’t rush! Step down on one stair and wait a few seconds before you take the next step.

Rainy day in Taiwan

A crack of thunder and a bolt of lightning strike just above me, and the rain came down like a waterfall. My make-up was smudged by the heavy rain, and the mud splattered up above my knees. I knew I had to find a place to stop, because the wind almost blew me away. I carefully stopped at a gas station; I could barely see what’s in front of me. I knew then I had to turn back, but with this rain it seemed impossible.

I took out my phone from my scooter trunk to call my students to cancel today’s lesson. As I waited for the rain to stop, I realized I wasn’t even wearing my rain boots. My precious black flats were soaked up from the rain and dirt. Looking through my scooter’s mirror, my eyeliner and mascara were dripping down my face. I felt so annoyed, and just wanted to be in the shower.  Finally, the rain was slowing down a bit, I started riding back home. It was already flooding which makes it even harder for me to drive.

I am still alive, I made him home safe (Thank Buddha!) I quickly got into the hot shower to freshen up again. Thinking that lightening never strikes twice- It will all be fine. The rain was still pouring, but at noon I have a class to attend. Which means:

1. Water-proof makeup

A water proof eyeliner and mascara will prevent from smudging.
I use:

• water-proof Maybelline mascara
• Bobbi Brown eye-liner

I will leave the eye-shadow behind for a rainy day. Eyeliner and mascara will do!

2. Shorts and Flip-flops or Rain Boots)

It was very stupid of me wearing jeans today. It was soaked and very uncomfortable to wear it on a rainy day. I think shorts and flip-flops are perfect. But then, flip-flops are actually bad for your feet on a day like this. If you don’t wear rain boots you’re going to end up with soaked legs and feet all day. And nobody wants that. Due to my laziness, I will stick to flip flops for now!

3. Umbrella

Very important to own an umbrella! I have a pink one, and I love it. I’ve seen some people with cute designs of umbrella. I’ll consider of getting that one day.

4. Walk

I left my scooter behind and walked to school (which wasn’t too far away). I was safe and didn’t get too wet!

Then, I went to the hair salon. Turned my hair super black, and straightened it! I’m actually happy about if for the first time. The salon and the shopping took pretty much the whole day. Which made my day superb!

So, here’s my plan for the weekend.  I just booked my ticket back to the land of smiles. I’m taking a break from school and work and going to this party in Bangkok. The Okizoo is having a party at BKK RAW at Club Glow Bangkok on Friday April 10th. I got my new dancing shoes, and my new hair style to shake my stress out for the weekend!

Our feet are one of the most abused parts of the body. Taking special care of them is very important to make sure they stay soft and beautiful since no one finds rough looking and scaly feet attractive.

To have pretty feet, you do not always have to go to the salon. With a small amount of time and effort, you can give yourself a fabulous foot makeover.

Here are the some materials required for pedicure:

• Warm water
• bath salt
• Pumice stone
• Small brush
• Clippers
• File
• Lotion
• Cuticle stick

Easy steps to make your feet beautiful

Following are the steps for performing pedicure:

• Soak your feet in warm water for about15 minutes. This will soften the calluses.

• Using the small brush gently buff one foot first and then the other. This will help to remove some dead skin cells.

• Use the foot scrub and pay special attention to the heels and any rough spots.

• Use pumice stone to eliminate extra rough spots. Dip your feet again after this step.

• Now remove your feet from water and dry feet with towel.

• Apply any kinds of lotion you your feet.

• Using cuticle stick, gently push your cuticles back along the nail.

Walking often in barefoot can damage your feet. It is better to wear slippers when at home to make sure your feet do not become scaly. When you go out, try to wear shoes and socks as much as possible to protect it from dirt and dust.

Chanel flats are probably one of the most comfortable ballet flats.  There are also other designer brand ballet flats that are super nice from Gucci, Prada and more.  Mischa Barton were spotted wearing Miu Miu’s multi-colored elasticated patent ballet flats that I am totally in love with.
