Sometimes it is very difficult for girls to choose what to wear to go shopping. I believe the most important thing to remember is to be in your most comfortable outfit. Don’t worry, I’ve listed several ideas and steps for you to follow!
Fashion For Shopping
- Feel comfortable: Like I said, it is very important to feel comfortable when you are shopping. A nice t-shirt with jeans would be perfect!
- How’s the weather? If the weather is hot, then you know a sleeveless shirt with shorts will do!
- Accessorize: Try adding a few accessories to it. Do not over do it though, you’re only going shopping! It’s not a date, nor a fashion competition!
- Dress appropriately for your age: Wearing 6inches heel and a super mini skirt will not make you look much older than you are now. You should have fun with your own style and stay unique! Remember, you are going shopping…you don’t need to be in mini skirts. By wearing mini-skirts, you will just be pulling down your skirt the whole time.
- NO HEELS:Girls, you are not going to a club. Leave your dancing shoes at home. Something comfortable will do! (I’ll let you wear your flip-flops for a couple of hours)
- Make-up: No, you are not going to a wedding dinner, nor you are going on a fancy date. Limit your make-up. You may be sweating a little while shopping.
Do Wear:
A good example of what to wear on a day for shopping. Below is a photo of Brook in her casual blue terry cloth fabric dress from Victoria Secret, along with her new brown Miu-Miu Hand-bag. She matches her outfit with a pair of comfortable Thai-Style flip-flops. Brook is a fan of Victoria Secret
Because it’s clothes especially for women, so they always seem to fit just right, and for what it is, it’s relatively affordable.
What do you think of Brook’s Shopping Outfit? Would you wear this or not?

The latest fashion trend is not just purchasing cool shades, or nice pair of shoes. Instead of carrying your purse, carrying a puppy is the new look. I guess this all started out with Paris Hilton with her dog Tinkerbell! And…now…its all over the world and Blake Lively also decides to leave her purse in her wardrobe. I guess I should start my puppy hunt to stay up-to-date with the fashion trend!

The other night in Taichung Night-Market I had to stop another couple! They had the most unique fashion, and it was so hard to walk away without having a picture of them two. Emily, 21 year-old student wearing her tailored shirt and black leggings and black belt. Her boyfriend, Tom also 21 years-old bought his shirt from a Japanese brand and pants from “JoeJoe.” His hand-bag (looks like a business bag to me), from “Playboy.” What do you think of their 80’s style? Would you wear them too?

While walking on the street of Taipei, I noticed among 10 woman, 4 of them has branded purse. What surprised me was that most of them carried “Louis Vuitton Speedy Bag.” Here’s a little information on this authentic speedy bag:
1. Made in the USA
2.These bags are sometimes called Dr bag, or satchel.
3. These bags are made a little different from the items in Europe.
Taiwanese girls are in love with Louis Vuitton Speedy bag because: The bag is enough to fit many things, It looks good and matches with all outfit, and don’t have to worry about getting wet on a rainy day. After going through my own purses, I think this is the one bag that I’m missing. Only if it didn’t cost 1,000 US dollars! (I’ll work hard to get it though.) Do you own a Speedy Bag as well? What do you guys think of this trendy speedy bag?

Two nights ago, after work Jenny and I decided to take a trip to JingMing 1’st street in Taichung to do some Christmas shopping. JingMing 1st Street is Taichung’s best known attractions with my visitors from all over the world. It’s decorated and designed with its unique European-style cafe street-like ambiance. There are a lot of boutiques and shops selling lots of clothing, jewelry, beauty/health products, fashion accessories, handicrafts and art. When we were there, it was beautifully embellish with Christmas decorations that made it so romantic! We saw many couple on dates, enjoying their night listening to the live bands and chatting their night away~ There were too many things I wanted to get, but I could spend so little because I am saving for a trip I am going to this coming holiday. So, I got myself a “Southern breeze” Freshener (yes, i know it sounds boring, but its worth it). It smells like mix fruit, and my room is smelling real nice! If you guys ever get a chance to visit Taiwan, should check out JingMing 1’st street. JingMing 1st Street is conveniently located in the heart of Taichung’s “Little Europe” neighborhood, not far from JingCheng Road and TaiZhongGang Road, section 2.
While shopping I had to stop a couple of girls for my camera. So, the above picture is Shannon who is only 14 years old wearing hat from Gucci, Christmas top from Abercrombie& Fitch, Sweater from Cantwo, short white mini skirt from the market, shoe from T-3, and her luxury Gucci bag she got as a gift from Dad. I’m a little jealous here, she’s only 14 and already has a Gucci bag. Actually she told me she has at least another 6 different style of Gucci purses hid inside her closet!
Here, this is Jeon 22 year-old tourist who comes from Korea shopping at JingMing 1st street. At first she wouldn’t let me take her photo because she was so shy. (and also because she didn’t understand what I was saying. I need to learn some Korean now!) Since it was so hard to communicate with her, my International sign language came in handy. So this is what I got from her: Her top and scarf is from a Korean Store. Purple leggings from Zara. And her shoe from All Star Converse.
