Bangkok New Nomad Moroccan Club: Party 4 Charity Asia

The new Moroccan club in Bangkok on Sukhumvi soi 12 threw a party for a great cause. The theme was “What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up.” The founder is Natalie Glebova, Miss Universe 2005 and creator of party4charityasia.org. The party was held to encourage contribution towards the 108 Punna Project, which will help to build a library for orphans at the Wat Sakaew Foundation. The dress code for the event gave the freedom to be what we’ve always dreamed to be. (Such as a fire-fighter, a nurse, a politician, or a famous singer.)

The volunteers were well dressed and looking gorgeous in their outfits. One of the volunteers at the party, Eilidh MacQueen, dressed up as Marilyn Manroe. I thought she looked exactly like Marilyn Manroe! What about you, do you think Eilidh pulled of the look?

Paris Hilton’s fashion does not only affect women, but also men! You can even now find men copying her “carry the dog” fashion style. Michael Phelps Look A-Like and The Lucky 8

Remember my pervious post on how Chinese people adore the number 8? Let me just quickly remind you guys that, to a Chinese person, the number â€œ8â€³ relates to prosperity or good luck. Which is why, the 2008 Olympic was held on August 8th, 2008 at 8:00p.m. With the lucky eights, China has gotten the most gold medals and a total of 100 medals. However, with only a few gold medals left behind, USA has received the most medals in total of 110. Michael Phelps performance at the Beijing Olympic games was absolutely astonishing! The lucky number 8 approached him being the swimming Champion of 2008 Olympic games.

Speaking of Michael Phelps, I found someone who might look like him! I’ll let you be the judge though, do you think they look alike?

Lucy Liu, an American-Chinese actress who began acting in 1989. She played in many small parts of film before she became well-known with her turn as Alex Munday in the Charlie’s Angels film. Lucy Liu is known as one of the most beautiful American-Chinese world wide.

Natasha on the left, born Chinese-Canadian has been told by many people that she looks like Lucy Liu.

A lot of people comes up to me to ask for my autograph! It’s funny. I don’t think I look like her though!

Does she look like someone to you? Or is it just the hair? She looks like Katie Holmes! Or the other way around? Remember just my recent post about Katie Holmes new hair cut and her new bangs? Well, I found out a Taiwanese star who also has the same hairstyle! Did Katie copy her? Just by looking at her bangs again, I think the bangs are a bit heavy for her delicate features, plus theyâ€™re covering up way too much of her face. As for the Asian girl, I think it looks better on her. Do you think they look alike? (I think it’s just the hair that makes them look similar.) Who do you think looks better with this hair cut? Felix Baumgartner Jumps off Taipei 101

Felix Baumgartner is a 38-year-old Austraian athlete. He had been preparing to jump off the Taipei 101 for three years. Before the day of his jump, he hid his parachute inside the ceiling in a toilet on the 91st floor. He also inspected the Taipei 101′s security system and its observation deck for five days, waiting for the right wind. “This is the world’s tallest building, so I am the happiest person in the world” He said to the camera. He successfully jumped off Taipei 101 and landed at a nearby park.
