How to Make One?

It’s really simple, just follow these simple steps and you’ll have a nice handy purse of your own!

Things you will need:

1. Bra

2.Ribbon fringing or other trims and decoration (up to you!)

3.Hot clue or craft glue

4.Scissors

Recylce your bras!

Step 1:

Start by removing the straps from the cup.

Step 2:

Keep the cups together if you have the type of bra that allows it. If you separate the cups, simply glue them back together along the wire line.

Step 3:

Glue the cups together to form the pouch part of the purse. This bra was slightly open-cupped (deep plunge line) so it was glued up the side to form a deeper pouch.

Step 4:

Glue the straps back on to form the handles. This can be short or long depending on the bag style. Use the actual bra straps to keep the purse “Bra Looking” or use a ribbon or a cord instead. Attach them to the top of the bra where the straps would normally sit.

Step 5:

Finally, you can embellish your new bag by gluing on a variety of trims, ribbons, and sequins to your desired style.

Leg warmers have long been a necessity for dancers, but they have grown much more popular today. I love wearing them during the winter time. I wonder if their mismatching outfit is because they got dressed in the dark, or is it just the new trend? I’m alway cautious about the way I dress and color-coordinating my fits. But for the girls I’ve been seeing on the street are wearing their stripes with their dot, and their florals with their plaids, and they don’t seem to care if people say they don’t match.  The girls are leaving their houses for the day and taking their whole closet with them!

As I observe closely, I came to realized that these girls are actually pretty brave enough  to show off their own creative style that most people wouldn’t dare to. I mean,  this is probably a “Halloween Costume” to some of us. Other might call it funny, weird, and in their minds thinking “What in the world are you wearing?” But, have you ever thought of how these girls combine their pieces of clothing together, and putting together some combinations that some of us cannot ever fathom, these girls make it work.
