here in Philippines, obesity is also becoming a problem. More and more children are getting obese due to a lifestyle that is not fully of physical activities. most kids just wants to watch TV, play computer games and surf the net.

Yeah mine’s due to heredity. I hate them I’m trying my best to get rid of them but when I do they just come back. Exercise is only a temporary solution to the on going problem. –’

Cankles are due to HEREDITY (all my cousins have them, too) and FLAT FEET.

The condition is called edema. The previous writer is correct in that this condition can be caused by any number of medical conditions, such as poor circulation. It is simply an abnormal amount of fluid build up in any part of the body, in this case the ankles. Proper diet, possible medical intervention and exercise will all help.

This is called “Adema” and it could possibly be caused by high blood pressure, eating too much food with salt, anemia, and/or poor circulation. You should see a Doctor. Once you’ve ruled out health problems, then excercise, etc.
