I’m guessing this kid’s dressed himself up. Way too cute! Mickey mouse T-shirt, colorful pattern shorts, with a gothic looking pair of knee lenght socks. Even his hat is in all different colors! WOW! I don’t remember fashion was this colorful back in the 80’s, but for this kid he seems to like the rainbow colors! To the mothers: Please do not dress your kid up like this!!
