Unbelievably, Britney Spears is actually looking better than Sienna Miller. This expensive dress by Chloe are worn by both actresses. Britney’s got her hair permed and highlighted her hair a little bit to get ready for her 25th birthday. Sienna Miller wearing the same dress attended a party in London. I don’t think the leggings look good on Sienna in this dress. Or is it the black jacket that she’s wearing? Oh, and her hair is just too messy! Did she just wake up? Do something about it!
