Mandy Moore and Halle Berry

Mandy Moore and Halle Berry both wearing the same dress from Dolce & Gabbana. I think they both look good in this black dress, but having the black coat makes it a different look (fall style).  I don’t like the heels Mandy’s wearing, but by itself the shoe looks sexy. Halle Berry seems to have a more mature look in this outfit, and maybe also because she is smiling in this picture makes her look better. Who do you think wears it best, Mandy or Halle?
