Here are some advice for you to keep your body alive.

The first and main “S” – is sleep

If you usually sleep for 6 hours, make a point of sleeping for 8 hours now. In winter daylight hours reduce significantly, and organism treats this as a signal for hibernation. Of course, you can resist it actively, undermine immunity and wander half asleep for 18 hours per day, but it’s still better being awake for 16 hours. You, probably, will think that you should not waste more time for sleep, but as a result you will feel much better and manage to do more things. So, forget about night watches for nearest 3 months!

Second “S” is sex

If waking up in the morning has become a problem for you, you won’t find a better decision. Firstly, you will 100% wake up, and secondly, receive a wonderful supply of energy and excellent mood. So, before trudging to bathroom dolefully, it’s better to awake your husband tenderly.

Third “S” is sun

If you have no real sun, artificial one will suit you too - i.e. solarium. And even if you agree with doctors’ opinion that tan is a root of all evil, you should forget about it for winter season. Firstly, sun is a wonderful antidepressant. It will help awaking in the morning and smiling in the evening. Secondly, you won’t have red and blue noses and will gain normal complexion. And you also should remember that too much water drowned the miller, so carbonization is categorically prohibited, 5-8 minutes in a solarium will be quite enough.

Fourth “S” is sauna

Or baths – whatever you like. This is the best method to lead slags out of organism. Besides, this is a good way to feel you are a real human being, live and merry, and a variant of having fun in the evening. After sauna you should use various skin moisturizers, you know, skin is overdried in winter.

Fifth “S” is sport

In winter there’s huge variety of variants of active rest. From fashionable snowboard to everlasting skates. You can do it in a merry company or together with your loved one – here’s another mutual interest for you. You know, according to psychologists, joint sport and active rest strengthen relationships and improve mutual understanding.

And before relaxing in a sauna and going to bed for 8 hours, you need to go to a fitness-club. Various yoga and Pilates will tone up not only your muscles, but also head, relieve general depression and irritability and prepare your body for spring, which, in fact, is not so far away!
