Best ways for a Perfect Night Sleep

This month has just been crazily busy for me. Because of my busy schedule, I’ve been having a hard time putting myself to a good night sleep. It’s been so difficult for me to sleep, and so painful to wake up in the morning. SIGH! If you are also having the same problem, here are some tips and advice for a better sleep! Try it out, because it really works!
I’m sure you’ve heard enough eat healthy breakfast, and exercise a lot! But, actually I found a better way. According to a physical therapist at the Mayo Clinic, “Sleeping in the right position is the key to waking up well rested and free of aches and pains.” I followed her advice, which I placed pillows (or rolled towels) in crucial spots to keep my neck, back, hips, and legs properly aligned. Doing this helps take pressure off your spine and allow the disks to recuperate overnight.

So, which side do you usually sleep on? For me, I usually sleep on my back. With my arms open too! They say that if you sleep on your back with your arms and legs spread out, it shows that you are a free spirit! You love your independence. And, you love to gossip! (oops!) Also, you enjoy the luxurious things in life, and are a spendthrift. But, thankfully, you earn a lot as well (HAHA, yay for me)!
If you also sleep on your back then you should place a pillow under your knees. Put a rolled towel under your lower back. This will cause your knees to bend slightly and keep your spine naturally curved.

If you sleep on your side, without your knees curled in towards your tummy, it indicates that you are a confident person. You usually are successful in most of your undertakings. You are hardworking and dedicated.
If you sleep on your side, then you need to place a pillow between your knees, and put a rolled towel under your waist. This will relieve pressure on lumbar joints and adjust alignment.

Do you sleep on your tummy the entire night? The Chinese believe that when you sleep on your tummy it means that you will have a nightmare! They also say that while you are balanced and level headed, you tend to be slightly narrow minded. You have fixed ideas and are unlikely to accept another person’s opinion easily. You force people to comply with your needs, and you rarely adjust to others. In spite of this, you are popular and have many friends!
So, for a better sleep you need to place a pillow under your hips, put a rolled towel under your shins or ankles. This will help those who are suffering from painful bulging disks in the lumbar region of the spine.

One more tip!!

According to researches, it is best to use only ONE pillow under your head. If you have more than one pillow under your head, remove it immediately! Multiple ones tend to be too thick and cause painful misalignment. Make sure it’s supporting only your head and neck and isn’t under your shoulders. If you sleep on your tummy, than consider going pillow free to minimize stress on the spine.

The feng shui of your bed room has a huge impact during sleep, which in turn affects your overall health and happiness. So in order to have a better feng shui of your bedroom follow these simple tips:

1. Remove or cover any mirrors in the bedroom during sleep: A bedroom mirror that reflects the bed creates the most serious problems. Mirrors disturbs sleeps.
2. Reduce electromagnetic fields: The electromagnetic field can disturb your energy, as this is constant fire energy close to the head and creates too much active energy for a time when you need to rest.
3. Remove any water images from the bedroom: Water creates an energy field of too much emotion. When people have water in their bedroom, it can also create problems in their relationship … including lack of passion, because the water cools down the fire.
4. Carefully choose the images you hang above your bed: What hangs above your bed needs to connect with what you dream about at night or in your life
5. Place your bed in “the king’s position” — where you can see the doorway: Don’t place your headboard on the same wall as the incoming door to your bedroom. Make sure when you lay in bed that you can see the incoming flow of energy when someone enters your bedroom.
