It seems like where ever I go, I see people rolling up their jeans as if they are in sand or water. It’s not a flattering look on everyone, but for some people it actually looks good. I am sure we have spotted Katie Holmes rolling up her baggy jeans, as well as Rachel Bilson has been seen with her rolled jeans a few times.
